Historic Restoration
The brightly lit spaces and comfort of modern heating and cooling are the only clues that this home was modernized. The meticulous renovation is evident to the keen eye in the careful selection of materials and integration of systems: reclaimed 28″ wide boards dating back to the 1800’s were sourced to seamlessly integrate with existing wide King’s Pine wainscot; original brickwork was carefully cleaned and repointed; and, modern electrical controls were discreetly placed inside cabinets and behind hallway artwork.
