Julia Kern grew up in Waltham, MA and learned to cross country ski at the Weston Ski Track. Julia went on to study and ski at Dartmouth College while also representing the United States as a member of the US Ski Team. The 2026 games in Milano-Cortina will be Julia’s second Olympic games. Julia invests in the community by lending her support to the Share Winter Foundation, Protect Our Winters (POW), and Little Bellas.

Dan Cnossen currently calls Natick, MA home although he grew up in Kansas before attending the Unites States Naval Academy at Annapolis. Dan experienced a traumatic injury, losing both his legs, while deployed to Afghanistan as a SEAL platoon leader. While at Walter Reed Hospital, Dan embarked on a new pursuit of excellence, representing the United States as a cross country skier and biathlete. The 2026 games in Milano-Cortina will be Dan’s third Paralympic games. Dan is a board member and active mentor at the Mountain Seed Foundation, a non-profit focused on helping children and families caught in war zones around the world.
