Horizon View Gym

This addition includes a half-basketball and pickleball court and a fitness mezzanine with a Tonal all-in-one digital weight system, a retractable Trackman golf simulator, and a spa niche. The addition also incorporates a two-bay garage to showcase the client’s prized car collection. Outside, there is a terrace with a built-in fire feature.

The project team carefully orchestrated the work to fit into the tight location behind the existing garage and above the precipitous edge of the hilltop. Work was also carefully considered to mesh seamlessly with existing home automation and climate control systems so the client would not experience any interrupting to their day-to-day experience living in the home. Coordinating construction to minimize the impact on the family during construction was a priority that involved both careful sequencing and minimizing the overall duration of the work.
