Horizon View
Set atop a suburban hill, this estate with a view of the Boston skyline blends into the historic fabric of the community – a visitor would be challenged to say whether this home was built in the early 1900’s or more than 100 years later. The care and old world craft that were invested in the home were coupled with Thoughtforms perspective and experience to ensure the mechanical and control systems meet current day expectations. For instance, mechanical systems were enhanced to deliver sufficient water pressure to one of the highest points in the town water system, both for day-to-day living and in the event of a life safety emergency.
