Country Estate

Set on a private, park-like parcel, this Wellesley Hills estate was completely reimagined and renovated to retain its historic character while improving the family’s ability to move about and enjoy modern comforts and a connected landscape. Sections of the lower level were excavated to allow for higher ceilings, and interiors were thoughtfully reorganized to bring in more daylight and ease of flow. Original details were preserved and selectively restored alongside new contemporary elements, striking a quiet balance between old and new. Outside, native plantings and rolling grounds endow a sense of serenity and peace, while a pool and patio featuring a fireplace, pergola, and kitchen invite extended family time.
