The service team collaborates with thoughtforms field managers, supervisors, including members of the original project team, our incomparable millwork shop, as well as our outstanding network of subcontractor partners, to ensure that maintenance activities are consistent with the quality, care, and attention to detail delivered during construction. Members of our team have a breadth and depth of building experience and knowledge of building systems, and are capable of making adjustments and repairs and coordinating small projects and renovations. We perform preventative maintenance inspections that include review of mechanical equipment, plumbing fixtures and appliances, lighting, interior and exterior finishes, windows and doors, etc. to promote the continued performance of building systems and reduce homeowner worry and frustration.
